LT Remark font
LyonsType introduces a storytelling-friendly font that goes by the name of "Remark" - which of course pays an accurate reference to one of Pesala's common fonts [that is mostly used for High-Logic's default font creating process with outlines] called Garava.
The beneficial elements of the font consist of the fact that unlike Garava, it supports any Slavic language like Russian, Serbian, Bulgarian, etc - including that the Greek lowercase letters are truly original, rather than blatantly taken from Times New Roman/Symbol.
The font comes with five styles, usable for e-books, and it can also be used for anything classical considering the classification of it.

By downloading, installing, and/or embedding font software (“Font”) offered by Punchform or its distributors,
you (“Licensee”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of this End User Licensing Agreement
(“EULA”):
1. Right Granted
Punchform grants Licensee a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive and non-transferrable license to:
a. Download, install and use the Font solely for personal and commercial purposes strictly in accordance with
the terms of this Agreement.
b. Licensee may use the Font to create graphics for display on any surface including computer screens, printed
materials, physical products or any other surface where the graphics may be a fixed size or a static vector.
c. Licensee may generate web font formats from the Font and use the generated Font on websites via
@font-face.
2. Requirements and Restrictions
Licensee agrees to abide by the following requirements and restrictions:
a. Licensee agrees not to, and not permit others to modify, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, adapt or otherwise
commercially exploit the Font or make the Font available to any third party.
b. Licensee may not modify the Font or create derivative works based on the Font without prior written consent
from Punchform.
3. Provision to Third Parties
Licensee may NOT provide the Font to a producer, publisher, or other agent who is working on behalf of the
Licensee except by embedding or linking in accordance with this EULA.
4. Term
This EULA grants a perpetual license for the rights set forth in Section 1, “Rights Granted,” unless and until
the EULA terminates under Section 8, “Termination.” Punchform will not charge additional fees post purchase,
annually or otherwise.

5. Other Usage
This EULA is a “free license” . Licenses for Desktop use, @font-face embedding, computer applications and
games, installable interactive books, software, mobile applications and games, Ebooks and Epubs, product cre-
ation websites, website template distribution, website templates, and other uses not allowed by this Agreement
may be available for an additional fee. Contact Punchform at fonts@punchform.com for more information.
6. Modifications
Licensee may not modify the Font or create derivative works based upon the Font without prior written consent
from Punchform EXCEPT THAT Licensee may generate files necessary for embedding or linking in accordance
with this EULA.
7 . Copyright
The Font is protected by copyright law. Punchform is the sole, exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights,
including rights under copyright and trademark law. Licensee agrees not to use the Font in any manner that
infringes the intellectual property rights of Punchform or violates the terms of this EULA. Licensee will be held
legally responsible and indemnifies Punchform for any infringements on Punchform’s rights caused by failure to
abide by the terms of this EULA.
8. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. If Licensee fails to comply with any term of this EULA, Punchform may
terminate the EULA with 30 days notice. This EULA will terminate automatically 30 days after the issuance of
such notice.
9. Refunds and Disclaimer
The Font is non-returnable and non-refundable.
The Product is provided “as is.” Punchform makes no warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, includ-
ing, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Punchform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including damages
from loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, and the like) arising out of the
use of or inability to use the product even if Punchform has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Because some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages,
the above limitation may not apply to Licensee.
10. Governing Law

11. Entire Agreement
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between Punchform and Licensee.
12. Modification
The Parties may modify or amend this EULA in writing.
13. Waiver
